Although referrals typically originate from physicians, your local hospitals, doctor’s clinics, board and care facilities, skilled nursing facilities, patient’s family and/or interested persons or agencies can also contact us directly. A nurse or a representative of Saint Francis Healthcare receives the referral information. Then, our patients are signed up for the various services in accordance with the physician’s order/s.
